How do I become a customer?

Our offering is intended exclusively for business customers and not for end consumers. Please use our contact form or send an email to info@drogeriestore24.com.

What products do you offer?

Our range includes cosmetics, personal care and household products from leading manufacturers such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Henkel, Beiersdorf and Reckitt Benckiser. As an official partner of Wilkinson Sword, we also offer a wide range of high-quality razors and blades. The entire product range consists of regular products as well as overstock and remaining stock. You can find out more about the range and the brands we offer here.

How can I place an order with you?

In order to send you a product list, we require your company details and proof of business registration. Once we have verified your business registration, you will receive the product list weekly by email. You can place your order either by email or via WhatsApp.

Are the products available immediately?

The items offered are exclusively stock items. This means that our products are available immediately. Subject to prior sale.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We offer our customers flexible purchase quantities. Individual packaging units and single-type pallets can be ordered. The minimum purchase quantity and minimum order value depend on the product category. For more information about the MOQ, please contact us by email.

How long is the delivery time?

Thanks to our long-standing partnership with our shipping service provider, we are able to handle the shipping process for our customers. Delivery times depend on the specific brand and order volume. As a general guideline, deliveries usually take between 5–7 working days.

What delivery methods do you offer?

Depending on the purchase quantity, we ship the products on a pallet or in boxes.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship products from our central warehouse in Grevenbroich to customers worldwide on time and efficiently.
